This is a weddding from last year. I’ve wanted to add it to the blog for quite some time, but haven’t had a chance until now. I also have a number of photo sessions from last year which I have not had time to put up, but which I will add soon.

Today’s wedding is one which I photographed in America. I already used some of the photos for January’s promotion, but now I want to add a few more.  It was a superb wedding with an outdoor reception, full of  goodwill and beautiful details.

Brittany and Nick, you were a very easy couple to photograph and I’m glad that I had the chance to capture this special moment from your life together.

Aceasta este o nunta de anul trecut. Am vrut de mult sa o pun pe blog, dar nu am reusit deloc. Mai am si cateva sesiuni de anul trecut pe care nu am avut cand sa le pun, dar pe care o sa le pun in curand.

Nunta de azi este o nunta fotografiata in State. Deja am folosit cateva dintre fotografiile lor la promotia din luna ianuarie, dar acum as vrea sa pun mai multe. A fost o nunta foarte superba, cu receptia in aer liber, cu multa voie buna si detalii frumoase.

Brittany si Nick ati fost un cuplu foarte usor de fotografiat si ma bucur mult ca am avut ocazia de a surprinde acest moment special din viata voastra.

Si pentru ca v-am promis multe surprize in acest an, as vrea sa o anunt pe prima azi. Asa ca, incepand de astazi, in fiecare luna, una dintre persoanele ce ne-au trimis comentarii in acea luna, va primi ca premiu un print credit in valoare de 10€. Cu cat postati mai multe comentarii cu atat aveti sanse mai mari de a castiga. Persoana castigatoare se va alege in mod aleatoriu in ultima zi a lunii. Succes!!!!

Snow, snow, snow and more snow. Although we are in Craiova, where it snows rarely and in small amounts, this year we had snow aplenty - in fact, I think that we’ve all had more than enough of it.  And since we had all this snow, I eventually had to have a photo session in it.  Unfortunately, I only had one snow session, but maybe next year we’ll do more.

Patricia and Dragos are a nice couple who felt good together and who weren’t afraid of the snow, even though they were freezing as far as I know. . .  :)  I’m glad that I was finally able to have this session, which we had been planning for a long time.

I didn’t know Dragos very well beforehand, but I have had the chance to watch Patricia grow and it’s hard for me to accept how fast time flies by. . . it seems like yesterday she was only two and I had to keep my eyes on her to make sure she didn’t break anything. 

Patricia and Dragos, I enjoy seeing you together and I wish you only joy in the years to come.  Patricia, I’m waiting to see that calendar . . .

Ninge, ninge, ninge si iarasi ninge. Desi suntem in Craiova, unde ninge mai rar si mai putin, anul acesta am avut zapada berechet - de fapt cred ca ne-am cam saturat cu totii de ea. Si daca tot am avut atata zapada am ajuns sa fac si o sesiune in zapada. Din pacate am prins doar una, dar poate la anul facem mai multe.

Patricia si Dragos sunt un cuplu fain ce s-au simtit bine impreuna si care nu s-au speriat de zapada, desi au cam inghetat din cate stiu eu…:) Ma bucur ca am reusit sa le fac aceasta sesiune pe care o planuiseram de mult.

De Dragos nu am stiut prea multe, dar pe Patricia am avut ocazia sa o vad crescand si mi-e tare greu sa accept ca timpul trece atat de repede… parca ieri avea 2 ani si trebuia sa stau cu ochii pe ea sa nu sparga ceva.

Patricia si Dragos, mi-e drag sa va vad impreuna si va doresc numai bucurii in anii ce vin. Patricia te astept cu calendarul la mine…:)

Hello again! I just want to start by letting you know a couple things that are going to change this year.
First of all, I will try to post in both English and Romanian, which I hope is good news for everybody… ☺ It’s a little extra effort on my part, but since I don’t work exclusively in Romania and since I have readers from all over the world, I think it’s only fair to post in both languages. I could just give up Romanian, since most of you read English, but I love my native language too much… ☺
You, on the other hand, are welcome to leave me comments in whatever language you like - I’m pretty sure I can find a translator for most languages… ☺ Those of you learning Italian and Japanese (and you know who you are), please don’t quit … ☺
Second of all, some of my prices are going to change. As most of you know, I love weddings and I can’t wait to shoot the ones I already have booked, but this year I also hope to do a lot more portraits than last year. For that reason I have adjusted some of the prices for 2010. If you are interested in any type of photo session (from maternity to senior portraits to engagement to family portraits and anywhere in between) please contact me for the new pricing.
And this won’t be all - I am acquiring new equipment so I can try out some brand new ideas, I’m on the lookout for unique, new portrait locations, I will have contests, “Trash the dress” sessions (adapted to Romania) and much more!
I hope we will have a blast this new coming year, and with your help I am sure we will.

Buna ziua tuturor! Vreau sa incep prin a va spune cateva dintre lucrurile pe care le vom schimba anul acesta.
In primul rand, toate posturile de pe acest blog vor fi scrise si in romana si in engleza. Sper ca acest lucru sa fie o veste buna pentru toti…☺ Va fi un pic mai multa munca pentru mine, dar pentru ca nu lucrez doar in Romania si pentru ca am cititori din toata lumea, cred ca este normal sa procedez in acest fel. As putea sa renunt la a mai scrie in romaneste pentru ca stiu ca majoritatea romanilor vorbesc si engleza, dar sincera sa fiu imi iubesc limba de origine prea mult…☺
Pe de alta parte, voi sunteti bineveniti sa imi lasati comentariile pe care intotdeauna le apreciez, in orice limba doriti. Sunt sigura ca voi reusi sa gasesc traducatori pentru majoritatea limbilor…☺ Voi cei care acum invatati italiana si japoneza (si stiti care sunteti) va rog sa nu renuntati…☺
In al doilea rand, preturile mele se vor schimba un pic anul acesta. Dupa cum multi dintre voi stiti deja, ador nuntile si abia astept sa le fotografiez pe cele pe care le am deja rezervate, dar anul acesta as vrea si sa fac mult mai multe sesiuni foto. Din acest motiv, preturile pentru anul 2010 vor fi ajustate, asa ca, daca sunteti interesati de orice fel de sesiune foto (de la maternitate pana la liceeni), nu uitati sa ma contactati pentru a beneficia de noile preturi.
Si asta nu va fi tot! Anul acesta voi adauga echipament nou pentru a putea incerca multe alte idei noi, voi cauta locatii unice si frumoase, voi lansa concursuri, sesiuni “Trash the dress” (adaptate la Romania, bineinteles) si multe alte lucruri noi.

Sper ca anul 2010 sa fie un an superb si stiu ca impreuna vom reusi sa-l facem asa!
